Delivery Cancellations & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy.

The Cost of shipping is included in the item price and no additional shipping charges are added at the checkout for deliveries within the mainland UK.

Deliveries outside of this area can be made, but are subject to an additional carriage charge. Please contact us prior to placing an order for delivery outside mainland UK and we will be happy to provide a quote.

We will ship all orders within 3 working days of receipt of payment.

This 3 day period is a maximum period and is only likely to be this long at busy times or for particularly large or complicated orders.

It is our aim to ensure all orders are despatched with 1 to 2 days of receiving cleared payment.

Small order weighing less than 1kg and being of a qualifying size will be sent using Royal Mail First Class postage, although at times other carriers may be used.

Royal Mail Target for delivery of items using this service is for the item to arrive three days after posting.

Orders weighing over 1kg or of a size not qualifying for Royal Mail Second Class Small Packet Signed for Service will be sent using a courier of our choice based on an economy service with a target delivery of items of between three to five days after collection by the courier.

The above services and service levels are the maximum time scales that can reasonably be expected to be achieved by our couriers and very often these time scales are much quicker. However we do lose a certain amount of control once we post an item or pass it to a courier and whilst we only work with reliable companies we cannot accept any responsibility if items are delivered late once they have left our premises. We will do everything in our power to ensure prompt delivery and where ever possible we will track an item and keep customers informed but it is a fact of life that from time to time items will get lost in the post or be misplaced by a courier and when this does happen we will of course offer a replacement item and make the required claim against the carrier for the loss of the item but we cannot guarantee delivery of all items sent will achieve the above service levels.

The above services and target delivery times relate to the free delivery service we offer to Mainland UK (excluding items sent to the Highlands of Scotland which cannot be sent using Royal Mail first Class Signed for Small Parcel Service)

Items Delivered to The Islands of the UK or Northern Ireland or the Highlands of Scotland which cannot be sent using Royal Mail first Class Small Packet Signed for Service weighing 1kg or more will be subject to a delivery charge and are not covered by our Free UK Mainland delivery offer.

Items Sent to other countries outside of the UK will be subject to carriage charges.

Any additional carriage charges on any order will always be displayed as part of the checkout procedure and will be clearly shown before you confirm an order and are required to make payment.

RETURNS POLICY AND NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE

Whilst we are required to list our returns policy below to comply with current legislation we would like to emphasize that we offer a simple no quibble replacement or refund on any product we supply.

If you decide you do not wish to keep the product during the thirty days following delivery. Contact us, let us know, return the item to us, unopened and in the same condition, as received, at your cost, within a further 14 days and once we have received the item back in good condition we will refund your original order value in full (excluding any carriage charges incurred by us for the original delivery). As we include a delivery cost in the original price charged for the item, provided the return is because you have changed your mind, we reserve the right to deduct this amount from the total amount so that we are only refunding the cost of the item you purchased.

If you receive a damaged item from us, or do not receive the item at all, or receive a different item than you ordered as a result of our mistake. We will refund you in full or replace the item free of charge if you prefer. If we have made an error or the item is damaged and we ask you to return the item to us we will pay the cost of any additional carriage but will expect you to re-package the item securely for us and make it available for our courier to collect.

Our aim is simple. We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase from us and the way we have served you.

If we get it wrong, either through our mistake or through no fault of our own. Please give us the opportunity to put the matter right to your full satisfaction.

We believe that the way a Company deals with customers when things go wrong is just as important as when everything has gone well and we welcome the opportunity to demonstrate this by taking whatever action is required to resolve a customers problem.

Cancellation and returns

This policy does not apply to goods ordered by businesses which are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations, or the following goods which are exempt from the right to cancel.

Any items which have been personalized or modified to your specification.

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 30 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail, or write to us. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone.

 You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

 If you cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging to us and/or our supplier (or any other UK address specified by us), at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

You may properly examine the goods for 7 working days as you would do had you visited our showroom.

 If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

 We will refund all monies paid to us by you including any postage / carriage within 30 days, less any costs due under this contract, except as described above.

 Business customers, or customers exempt from the distance selling regulations may not cancel an order without our mutual agreement.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

 Faulty Goods / Guarantee

 If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem. It’s helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

 All goods are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty.

The manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to the rights that the law says you have as a consumer and accordingly, your statutory rights are not affected.

 If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked.

The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility, however on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.

 If an item is no longer available we will offer an alternative. However our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only and we are unable to guarantee an exact match. In this instance you will have the option of a refund.

 Where we replace faulty goods you are responsible for their disposal if they have not previously been returned to us.

 We are unable to guarantee and exact colour match due to the nature of the product.
