Daisy Remedies is a trading name of Comfrey Farm Ltd. The business started as a small family concern back in November 2013 and trades from a small rural village in East Yorkshire.

Daisy Remedies was developed as a brand because we have a deep belief that natural products should be used where ever possible and that nature provides “The Natural Advantage” helping all of us thrive and grow. Combined with solid scientific evidence and research we believe that a holistic approach to health combining the age old power of plants with modern knowledge can provide the cornerstones for health and longevity that is essential in this modern world. This duality of nature and science is reflected in our strapline:

To this end, we have developed under the Daisy Remedies brand, a range of food supplements, developed from natural herbal ingredients, combined with the latest scientific knowledge and manufactured on our behalf in the UK under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and to ISO 9001 standards. Our aim is simply to combine the best nature can provide, with a UK manufacturing base, cutting down on food miles and helping maintain UK jobs.

The range also includes, a full range of vitamins and minerals, which, when combined with a balanced diet, provide the body with all the necessary elements required, supporting a healthy lifestyle and helping our body maintain itself and better deal with the challenges of modern living.

This commitment to natural healing and science has been further expanded as one of the Directors of Comfrey Farm Limited has spent three years working full time to achieve a BSc (Honours) Clinical Herbalism degree with Lincoln College, the only recognised degree in Western Medical Herbalism in the United Kingdom. Completion of this degree, which includes over 500 hours of clinical experience with both patients and dispensing of herbal medicines, has enabled the Director to gain admittance as a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalism, the largest professional body in the UK for qualified clinical and medical herbalists.

This exciting development for our Company, now means not only do we have in house professional expertise guiding our product selection and formulation, but we are also able to offer expert advice and herbal consultations for a wide range of complaints, either online, using video on a laptop or smart phone, or by telephone. We are also able to offer home visits for patients living within 25 miles of Driffield in East Yorkshire.

All products sold on our site are suitable for Vegans. We also try and take advantage of organic ingredients when we can.

We are continually looking to add to and improve our range of natural food supplements and we are also currently developing a range of organic and natural skincare products which we hope to have available in the not too distant future.
